George
Hi Eric,
Our boy George is 7 months now, and is at 70 pounds and growing! He
has become the quintessential NY city dog, he's in the city 5 days a week,
and spends the weekends in the country where he is free to run around 2
acres...He is extremely smart, and learned all commands within the first
couple of weeks that we got him. He's given us nothing but joy, and we
have spoiled him silly! He is very friendly, and socializes with
everyone he meets. I can't tell you how many people stop us on the
street and compliment his good looks. We cut his hair short for the
summer, and his poodle genes are more prevelant. George hangs out with
Danny for most of the day, and get's super excited when I get home.
He's a big mush and loves to cuddle! Thank you so very much for
bringing him into our lives, we love and adore George!
Best,
Maya and Danny

Moose
Hi Eric,
Moose is a great dog. Very frisky and energetic outdoors, and an absolute angel indoors; he housetrained so easily and quickly.
I saw the pics of Phoebe & Shadow's new pups and i am tempted to get Moose a baby brother.

George
Dear Johnson Family,
I would like to thank you for sending us our “son”, George, from Lucy Lu and Caesar’s September litter. Not only were you helpful (and patient) with my many questions and concerns in picking out a puppy through your website, which is intimidating process to begin with; but you set my mind at ease that I was receiving a quality puppy who would receive wonderful care and handling until he arrived to us. George is truly a testament to the way that you raise your puppies, as he was very used to being handled (and cuddled) by the time he arrived to us at 8 weeks.
Now, at four and a half months, George is a BIG boy, (I would estimate around 45 lbs) and has finished all of his shots. His vet expects him to get even bigger, maxing out around 80 lbs!!! He will be getting neutered in the coming up month. He is as sweet as can be, a real-life “teddy bear”. He cuddles with his Mommy every chance he gets, and follows his Daddy around as well. He immediately learned the “sit” command, and is a pro at “shake”, “high five”, “down” and “stay”. He comes when he is called, and he sleeps right near the bed the whole night, jumping up to visit or cuddle. He gets along well with other dogs, and plays with his grandparents’ 2 Boston Terriers and a Jack Russell. He is very gentle with smaller dogs, but gets them rolling all over the floor with him.
He LOVES to go on car rides, boat rides, and has even gone swimming in the ocean! He is pretty *spoiled* and has TOO MANY toys. Christmas morning was all about George! He also enjoys lounging on his very own couch in the sun room. He comes to work with Mommy quite often, and has stolen everyone’s hearts! Daddy just finished a brand new fence for the backyard, and he loves running around, sniffing the grass, and relaxing in the shade. All around, he has a stellar personality and gets along with everyone. He has been a real comfort and joy to our family, and we know he will be great with our babies once have them.
We would LOVE to see pictures of George’s littermates, if you post this testimonial on your site, please let everyone know that I would love to trade pictures of his littermates, just email me at MisstifyFtL@aol.com.....Or for any other questions regarding George or the Johnson family!
We cannot thank you enough!
Love,
Missy & Paul

Striker (Update)
Eric and Danielle,
Here is our BIG boy!! Hard to believe he is already a year old and how much he has changed. Thought you would enjoy seeing the changes in his color. What color was Caesar when you got him?
Just so you know, he is very spoiled. He takes his morning naps on the sofa, laying on his back, legs up in the air and head hanging off the edge. He has done well at obedience school, but is still a little temperamental about coming to you all the time in the yard and will play the keep away game. At the beach or on walks in the woods he is wonderful off leash. He is a dogs dog, gets along well with them all. Loves to lay down, roll on his back and invite them to play. This week has been rough for him, with my oldest son off to college and school starting. He is feeling a little lonely, so my husband is teaching him to run with him, on a leash of course, but he learned very quickly and keeps pace. I guess walks with me will be boring. He loves to have his hide legs massaged and will walk at you, right between your legs and stop so you know what he wants.
We can't thank you enough for our boy!

Danielle,
Thank you for responding, I know you have your hands full with the twins.
I'm sure my crate training issue has a lot to do with the fact that I'm home almost all day and he is quite attached to my hip or leg for that matter. He sleeps on our bed, though he was fine in his crate at night. Our dogs have always slept with us, but I fear this one may force us into a king size bed, he is HUGE!
So far the only thing he got into was a container of hermit crab food...somehow opened the container without chewing it and ate most of the brine shrimp. He seems to be much like Dad....loves being outside and is extremely clean. We have always wished for our dogs not to "go" on the lawn...he has picked a wooded area of our yard and only goes there and when he wants to go...it is a mad dash and I had better get moving.
Here are some photos taken this weekend in Maine. Look at those ferocious teeth!! He was playing with his cousins.
We just adore him!!! I have passed your name onto some friends looking for Labradoodles.

GiGi
Gigi for just over 5 months old and we adore her (most of the time). She is a high energy, very bright and friendly puppy. She loved the snow when we had a ton of it. She loves the water now. I can't wait to get her down to the lake and see what happens. She was very easy to train when it came to chewing. She has her toys and leaves most other things along. She has a good temperament and enjoys being with other animals, something our cat does not always appreciate.
Our friends have fallen in love with her and would take her home in a minute if they had the chance. This has not always been helpful when we are trying to teach her manners.
We are an older couple and our children are grown and out of the house. But she is a sweetheart and we think would make a great pet for a young family.

Bo
Hello Johnsons!
Just writing to let you know that "Bo", (pink collar girl from Caesar and Lucy) is doing great. We didn't realize how much we could love a dog--but now we know!
She has been nothing but fantastic--everything that we were hoping for. She is potty trained and can sleep 8 hours through the night.
She has basic commands pretty good: best one is "sit". Learning "shake and stay" now. She still loves to chase our old cat but we have a few back rooms protected for the cat only. We have a dog walker come everyday at noon and she can't believe how much she has grown. She is now 40 lbs!!!
There is a new doggy day care and we are going to start that 1-2 days a week so she can be exposed to company. (I am so tempted to get another pup but Chris thinks that one is enough).
We wanted to let you know that she was SPAYED today (1/4/06). They copied their general info sheet so I will send you a copy of that so you have proof of it. So far she is doing ok---really worn out but was able to eat and drink a little.
I hope all is well with you! Happy New Year!
Just wanted to say hello and that she was spayed today. Take care and thanks again for the wonderful pup!

Buster Brown
Hi Eric and Danielle,
We wanted to let you know how much we love Buster Brown, from Phoebe and Shadow's first litter. He is a love! He's everything that we hoped for and more. He is just over 4 months, he knows so many commands, everything from sit, down, roll over. He's very playful. Buster is very good with children and other animals. He doesn't shed and he has beautiful wavy hair. His eyes are like human eyes since they're a light greenish color. When people ask where we got him from. We rave about you both.

William
Hi Johnsons,
The first time we came to visit your home it was obvious the time, effort and money you had put into the area for your dogs. Always clean, never an odor, (even with 10 puppies and 95-degree heat) that's a lot of work. I was impressed that the dogs were a part of your home and that the whole family had a hand in raising the pups as we were looking for a well adjusted good-tempered family dog. That is just what we got! William is almost 5 months old now and doing just great! He is smiling in this picture as he is almost all the time. He goes to work with me at the doctors office and gets along with the kids as well as the older people. He loves to ride in the car, will swim in the lake all day if I let him, has done very well potty training, and has slept through the night almost from the first week we brought him home. He gets along great with our older cat, and loves to play with our other dog friends. Now believe me he has his puppy moments, like the' other day when he was helping me garden. I was planting the bulbs and he was digging them up!! He truly is a best friend. I can't thank you enough.

Cosmo
Hi Danielle and Eric,
Cosmo is one year old now. He gets along with all dogs - large and small; he is very gentle with the small ones. He has a friend who is a Chihuahua. Cosmo was very easy to train and practically potty trained himself. He is very intelligent. Cosmo is great with the kids and loves to help me wake them up every morning with a kiss or two. He loves to run and play especially in the snow. He is a very special member of our family.

Boomer
"We are thrilled to have Boomer as part of our family. At 5 months of age he is doing great and enjoying life, he has a wonderful personality! He loves to swim, run and play with the kids. He is truly a great dog, both playful and smart. Both my wife and my son who are highly allergic to most animals have had no issues at all. We can't thank you enough for providing such a great addition to our family! Hopefully we will be ready for another in the near future."

Lula Belle
Our Lula Belle is approaching six months, last August she came to us on a United flight from Rochester to KCI. She had a stop over in Atlanta so was in travel six to eight hours. When we picked her up from the baggage terminal, opened the crate, she came out wagging her tail and happy to be our new puppy. That same personality trait warms the hearts of everyone she sees. She knows not a stranger, socializes well with other animals, is a playful pup yet sensitive to the "no" command, very intelligent. We only wanted a family pet that didn't shed, but researched the Labradoodle breeders across the country, not wanting to bring an animal which we knew would be loved into the family that had undesireable characteristics. Lula Belle is meeting all of our criteria and we adore her. Danielle and Eric have been very accommadating and helpful with all of our smallest of concerns. We are totally pleased with our baby, she is wonderful!

Maggie
Hi, we are all fine here in PA. Maggie is getting big and just about all potty trained. We are in our 4th week out of 8 of obedience school. She is good natured and very rambunxious. There are about 15 dogs in the class and Maggie wants to make friends with all of them. Everywhere we go, people stop and ask what kind of dog she is. They think she is real cute. Of course I don't argue. Grandad is 85 and enjoys her little antics and just loves her. She especially loves children. She loves to play with her toys and brings her ball to play fetch. My sons and their girlfiends just love her. She has gone overnight several times to spend time with them. I can't tell you how much joy Maggie brings to our family.

Malcolm
Malcolm is such a fun pup! We completed training classes a few weeks ago and will enroll in the advanced class soon. He learns quickly so training has been relatively easy. His temperament is wonderful - he gets along well with cats, other dogs and children. We recently went on a 12 hour car ride and he was a great traveler. I just can't say enough about Malcolm. He is a wonderful addition to the family!

Sunny
Hello. That is wonderful! Congratulations to Phoebe and Caesar (I assume)! We LOVE Sunny. He is just perfect and fits right into our family.
Would be happy to send you picture and comments. Would a regular photo be alright? We don't have a digital camera. Can you then scan it in? Let me know.
Also, a man who lives near us expressed all sorts of interest in our dog when he saw him and I gave him the information on you. He said he was going to get in touch with you and hoped there would be another litter soon. He is from Endwell, NY and I forgot his name.....If he has not gotten in touch with you, I should let him know about the litter.
